vCIO
Many organisations do not have the size and complexity to justify a full time CIO. FooForce can fulfil this role to improve service delivery, review outsource contracts and accounts, mentor internal IT staff and assist with strategic decision making.
Effective use of this role ensures access to Enterprise class ICT Strategy and Service Operations maturity at a fraction the cost of a full time resource. Typically, the virtual CIO is dedicated for one day or more per month and brings a blend of technology skills with current best practices and services/trends, commercial skills for return on investment, risk, contract management and vendor management skills.
Typical vCIO responsibilities can include:
